Raquel Felix is counsel in the New York, NY office of Hill Wallack LLP, where she is a member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy practice group.
Ms. Felix is a seasoned bankruptcy litigator. Her practice focuses primarily on representing Secured Creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters. Ms. Felix also handles all Bankruptcy Loss Mitigation matters in the Southern, Eastern and Northern District of New York Bankruptcy Courts. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Ms. Felix managed a National Loss Mitigation Bankruptcy Department.
Ms. Felix is admitted to practice in New York (2007), the United States Districts Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. She earned her J.D., cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University and she earned her B.A. in Latin American and Caribbean Area Studies from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Ms. Felix is fluent in Spanish and French.
